Anyone else having this problem? Whenever I've gone to the default or alternate controls, it seems like the line change/strategy screen won't go away. This results in line changes at the worst possible times, keeping the puck in my own zone and creating many scoring chances for the computer because my lines keep changing.
Even when I've tried to combat the problem by switching to NHL 94 controls, my players frequently send the puck far down the ice, resulting in many icing calls against me. Why is it so hard to get control of players in this game and to control the puck in general?
Of course, the bigger issue is why I can't get rid of the line change menu during a game in default/alternate mode. I won't win many games that way. I think it's the best way to play, but how can I if this issue is arising? Do I need a new controller?
