The QR code for Quest is on that web page posted already. All you do is click on the tiny QR icon at the bottom right hand corner of the image of Quest, and it takes you to the page to scan the QR codes.
I wish someone would post QR codes for games like Teris, Xavious, or Fantasy Zone. They exist (Seen them on Petit Computer on youtube), just that no QR codes are online. :-/
