No there is. It's in some weird data directory. Sorry I can't be more specific but I only briefly looked at it once.

It's in AppData or something.

There's one that saves the key and screen settings. There's no much you can do with it anyway.

Well there this "Format = 7" on the fullscreen section. I don't know what it does if lower the value.
AMD i386 100MHz, 8MB RAM, Generic VGA graphic, play pong at 60fps
