Kirby's Dream Land 3, yes, on the Virtual Console. Same with 2. Although I bought Kirby's Dream Land 2 when I was on holiday in America, I hear it actually did come out in Europe, although I never saw it in stores, so I believe it was just hard to find. Kirby's Dream Land 3 never got released on the Super Nintendo in Europe, though.

Dream Land 2 did get released in Europe according to GameFaqs (and I bought it here in Holland back in '96 or so) but I checked my copy's box and manual and they're both in english - the box even mentions something about "only for sale or rental in the US and Canada". I reckon Nintendo simply didn't bother with a dutch localisation for a sequel to a relatively unknown game back then because dutch gamers prefer their games in english anyway.

Dream Land 3 never made it to Europe until the Virtual Console version; the game was made at the end of the SNES era and there used to be a two or three year delay for most EU releases to deal with all the translations and legal crap (German laws preventing blood, Italian laws preventing Italian stereotypes, French laws demanding that any in-game sprites of bread be changed to baguettes and croissants etc). I didn't even know there WAS a third Dream Land game until a couple of years ago, lol.
