Tiers and personal skill are two separate things. It's meant gauge the character's effectiveness against one another, not the player's effectiveness.

Disregard everything everyone said in this topic. Its a mere typo for tires. Nothing more, nothing less. Doesn't have a meaning. Its just a typo.

The people that argue against tiers either don't understand this or choose to ignore this simple fact.
