- score streaks are strong, but are balanced by the means it takes to get them.
- It's okay to take pride in your K/D, just try not to take it too seriously. You might end up driving yourself crazy if you revolve your play around building and retaining K/D. W/L ratio is what you should really care about, anyways.

I can never understand how people can even think this.
Logically and mathematically, it's above average. Average would be very slightly below 1.
The average is above 1. Every loss does not equal a death. Think of every dashboarder that went 5-30, the 30 kills for the other team count but not that player's 30 deaths. And every split screener who are almost all beyond terrible.
