Considering you don't even know what its called I doubt very much that it wasn't a swastika.

Yeah it is pretty harsh considering I am locked out of playing a game I payed 60 dollars for.

Reporting people for offensive emblems is offensive. This is America, where you are free to shock and disgust your fellow Americans with graphic depictions of the female anatomy.

All emblem reporters should be forced to permanently play as the Chinese, who in the future 2025 have Freedom Liquidation Squadrons dispatched to eliminate citizens found in possession of prohibited materials.

This, I can't tell you how many people were outraged when they paid 200/300+$ for WoW accounts and had them banned.

People ToS is legally binding and you also agree to Xbox's ToS. Know your rights or don't complain.

If this is true, then I'm happy.

Now you can use the 13 days and look at your own penis or whatever you drew because you think it's funny.
Anyone who supports DLC of any kind deserves a swift kick to the balls... repeatedly. Take a stand! Stop giving companies extra pocket money.

No good sir, for here in America we are granted certain unalienable rights by the constitution- the freedom of speech and expression. These rights are unknown to the Chinese Morality Special Assassination Service waging a war on our soldiers over digital pornography in the year 2025. And to those who say the female anatomy is offensive, put the controller down and go on a date- it is the year 2025 and we are free from these puritanical shackles that have chained us for so many centuries.

You are free to express yourself or whatever else you want, that much has never been denied. But the prosecution of your actions have always been part of the process. You can say or display something offensive, but if someone is offended, you will be punished for it. Your right to say what you did was never prohibited.
