Yeah, I actually had ex-guildies when I still played WoW who suddenly didn't know who I was and acted like they had never known me or other people from the guild. Needless to say Blizzard was very thankful that I reported those accounts to them.
ToS are legally binding. It's why xbox can dictate what can and cannot be in xbl profiles and gamertags, and how games can police peoples precious "freedom of speech", which by the way does NOT mean what most people think it means.
But you're online and possibly playing with people who aren't American.
I forged this signature.
Yes, know what precious few rights your Chinese masters give you and don't complain when they are stripped from your freedomless corpse.
When neo-Lincoln passes the global 13th Amendment in the year 2025 freeing all peoples in all nations, be sure to fight for your restrictive Chinese masters under Cyber-Mao's Little Red Tablet Computer
I wonder if the founding fathers were aware of how much their language would be misinterpreted hundreds of years into the future when they wrote the constitution. Seriously, you guys need to update the language in that thing because the right to freedom of speech has absolutely nothing to do with your right to say and do whatever the hell you want. The right to bare arms has nothing to do with ****ing guns either, while we are on the topic. And what ever happened to the right to deny unlawful search and seizure? Or the right to due process. Come to think of it, the whole thing seems more like a set of guidelines than anything.

both microsoft and activision are based in the united states though... (talking to guy saying chinese masters not the people explaining to him)
A number of polite gentlemen requested I change my signature. So i did.

Most people probably wouldnt do it again if they just got a warning.
Im sure alot of the folks dont realize its against TOS.
My first COD game i made a semi offensive emblem, luckily someone told me in chat i could get banned for it so i deleted it immediately.
You made an offensive emblem to annoy people, or to take a jab at another race or culture. Your intent was to piss people off with that "u mad bro" line of thinking behind your emblem.
Treyarch hit you with a ban and that's their way of saying, "u mad bro". The irony lol.
Hopefully the ban is implemented correctly and people like me that have an abstract emblem like a simple rocket or a gun don't get hit with these bans for no reason.

This too. That thought always seems to slip past people's minds. This is great news because most people that are talking smack and saying stupid/racist things also have offensive emblems. Don't need to talk back to those people, simply report their emblem.
