WHat's the most flexible weapon in the game that's good in all ranges?
And How's the M8A1 in close quarters? Should I even bother with the select fire on the M8 or stick to the burst mode?

If I had to give the title of most flexible to a gun, I'd probably say the MTAR. It does everything well, just nothing great. It's basically MW2's M4.

The MTAR is pretty much the MSMC with more range. I like it a lot. I like the AN-94 even more thanks to its range and similar recoil.

3HK at 1200 RPM within the burst... yeah I'd say that's pretty good

m8a1 is great cqc material with quickdraw, now that ADS delay is gone. before you'd get screwed out of a one-burst because of it.
