Well, Beelzebub reflects gun attacks and has no elemental weakness, so having demons with a lot of HP and (I think) being able to reflect or absorb physical and gun attacks will nullify most of his attacks. I also think that Charge+Heavy Physical attack will help ramp up the damage. Of course, someone casting Doping at the beginning will help out against his almighty attack. I guess having a Silent Prayer-type skill would help nullify his buffs.
Hmm, now that I think about it, this is true of most late game non DLC bosses. It all turns into a battle of attrition, which is quite the shift from the elemental weakness system that we've been playing with since the beginning of the game.
iirc, Beelzebub is one of those bosses who spam almighty if all your demons null all his attacks. Having some demons that are immune to sick and null elec and gun should make him routine. It'll probably help to make sure your sick immune demon has salvation. Apply your 2 layers of buffs and debuffs and If you are still dying too fast, try using Doping.
If you fill your team with 3 or more Gun immunities, you trigger the Megidolaon spam. The best way to beat the bug is to have a demon immune to Gun and Sick, and Salvation. Alice and Alilat are perfect for this, being immune to Sick and resistant to Gun.
(De)Buffs and Doping help enduring his Megidolaon a lot, too.
