Agreed all other mb provide extra damage in a combo or are a lot faster at executing. I don't play him but his mb bolt is easy to dodge small hit box and slow, at least wonder woman tiara is safe on mb. He isn't and I don't think you can combo into it.
Shazam's mb bolts are safe and it deals decent chip, it's just that it's so damned slow it doesn't matter.

GLK's MB Turbine Smash. No idea what the point of it is.
I don't know how practical it is, but I just tested it in practice, but I think you can cancel into some of you not safe strings to give you the advantage. It keeps them in block stun for quite a while actually, and it also can be some what used as a frame trap.
GL is one of my secondary mains, so I'm gonna test this some other time.

Personally, I think it's Catwoman's Cat Claws. She has MUCH better popups and the only use I can see for it is to finish off that last tiny little sliver of health if you're juggling an opponent that is very close to the end of their life bar....otherwise....*shrugs*
Great character, but that's pretty much the only meter burn in the entire game that I drown in 20 gallons of NOPE.
So Catwoman's claws are a bad popup? How are you supposed to do 44-47% with two bars that starts with an ambiguous mixup?
b1, 2, d+3, bf1(MB) - j3 - 1,2, bf2(MB) - b3 - (3 on the rebound will do 44%, full 4 will do 47%)
What do you use as your popup that is better than cat claws?
