No. Nintendo Land is specifically local-multiplay only. Only Miiverse communication and visiting Miis to your park are an online functions. And the visiting Miis only say what they were saying previously in NintendoLand's Mii comments. They also carry over their latest online-saved progress status. This also allows you to play those little *park* mini games where you can see various faces with accurate labels next to them. If you actually tag them in the park, you'll get a little finder's prize for it.
