Contrary to popular opinion, I've always gauged him a good guy/anti-hero. If you pay close attention to Sasuke's character, you can see what I mean.
Take his words, "I don't ever want to see my friends hurt again." (Naruto vs Gaara), "You're still a child Naruto...", (Team 7 vs Sasuke) or "...I don't have anything I like in particular..." (Sasuke upon team introduction)
His character has always been consistent. It's easier to notice if your eyes are good and/or psychology just happens to be your passion.
For those Itachi fanboys, heed his words, "Sasuke is a blank slate..."
If anything, he actually mirrors Itachi.
Respect others or you're not worth respect. Disrespect belongs to the weak-minded and willfully ignorant.
I never really disliked him, even at his worst. The whole theme of the show seems to be that things are always going to be like this; hatred, such and such, so you just KNEW that this would be the generation to break the cycle. Sasuke had to play his part just so he could be redeemed and show the old fogies how it's done. He's going to make Madara seem like a whiny baby when he's a good guy again <_<
If I were a woman, I would spend my entire day kissing other women. I don't understand gay men or straight women.-- Jim, The Newsroom
