The enemy's MG will be a behemoth of a tank. Similar to a dreadnaught that unleashes a missile that releases a chemical agent. Main character will be someone related to Major Zero who is close friends to the Boss' father to add some backstory to the character.
Game will focus mainly on stealth and cqc with weapons being a second thought similar to TLoU.
It was the year 1912, the British cruise liner, dubbed the RMS Titanic, crashed into a massive iceburg killing and sinking the countless passengers onboard. Reports indicated the iceburg, upon impact, revealed a suspicious structure housed within. Classified naval travel logs and traffic charts suggest multiple cargo ships docking on this iceburg.
I'm not too sure if it could as I'm doubting that the stealth genre can sustain itself in the trenches. Maybe you could have a whole bunch of sneaking missions across no-mans land but I'd imagine that would become awfully repetitive after awhile.
But then again it is possible. You could have whoever the main character is on a mission deep behind enemy lines to a base housing metal gear, along the way he has to pass through several trenches, no mans land, forests, enemy headquarters and such which could create an interesting experience. I could also see it working as an open world game too, but something in the style of MGS3 would be more appropriate I think.

Ehh the farthest back MGS should go back is WW2, if that far at all. Honestly from this point on if the series were to continue, I'd rather see it continue toward the future, or advance in places its already been.
