Seeing so many great games come out at once is amazing but it's also scary. The same time amazing games come out, it's the same time some ACTUAL GREAT GAMES get lost in the shuffle. This means that if the game gets lost in the shuffle, it may but see the light of day because devs THINK fans out people didn't like it... When in fact, it may be the fault of releasing the game around other games with less marketing.

My choice is: Gravity Rush 2.Despite all the glowing reviewers this hidden gem of a game featuring beautiful smooth and vibrant artstyle, gameplay found NO WHERE ELSE in an open world environment with a HEROINE who is not only friendly, funny, powerful and quirky is getting shuffled in the mix of other great games.

It seems people know about it, want it, see it, see the reviews, but haven't bought it. Although we don't know the digital sales which nowadays take up a much larger percentage of game sales, i don't think it looks good fit future installments and that breaks my heart. What breaks my heart more it's that people will buy it later or slowly over time and realize when it is too late that it was a badass game (probably buying used copies too).

Vanquish and Binary Domain

Both are infinitely better than the likes of Gears of War or other popular shooters of the time.

Stupid post.
It's not God I hate, it's his annoying little fan club I can't stand!

Bulletstorm
Shadow Warrior
Shadow of Rome (PS2) Might be longer than 10 years though...
They're shining searchlights in the sky, 'cause there's a new God in the sign...
It says their map is not their terrier work, and then I broke my telescope.

I can agree with all of these so far. I'll add the new Ratchet and Clank.

Mad Max. I feel like a lot of people skipped/overlooked it, but it's one of the most fun games I've ever played. Not to mention they managed to make a gorgeous world, despite how barren it's supposed to be.

If you haven't played it and have any interest, I highly recommend it.
Go, then.....there are other worlds than these.

Man I still love and play my copy of Shadow of Rome. I just wish it was more Agrippa and less Octavianus. Still though its one of my all time favorite games.

Kingdoms of Amalur, a superb rpg that was vastly underrated. I put over 153hrs into it and loved every minute.

Really sad that there will be no Amalur 2 :(
