I'm not sure, but increasing the clock rate on a system that isn't very stable to begin with just to get a slight performance boost, but increasing the temperature by 3-5 degrees, seems like a big gamble.

This is horrible news for M$ and it kind of surprises me. Do they really expect to be ready by November?

Eh. Any build of the X1 they felt safe enough to bring to comic-con is most likely an earlier one and not the finished retail product that people will be buying.

It happened at E3 and NO ONE really talked about it. It's mad fishy, and M$ has plenty of money to silence reporters, especially game reporters lol.

Yeah, problem is that they're currently increasing the clock rate, which will make it even more likely to have issues.
