It could still be a breach of contract if Lambert ever promotes a video game console. That's how he got in trouble in the first place, so I doubt he wants to go tempting Sony.


I would doubt this at this point...Genreally non-compete agreements aren't a permanent thing. Any agent that would allow their client to sign that deal is a complete fool. I'd also go so far as to say that the non-compete clause has since expired.
