I'm buying One over PS4 due to the fact my PS3 has basically gathered dust with the exception of playing GOW series and using it for 3D movies.
I personally don't care about the power or graphics part. For myself I'll get more replay from games on Xbox One than PS4 mainly due to Achievements vs Trophies. I actually just put in a game I hadn't played since 2005 to get the last few achievements I was missing. I never went out of my way to try and obtain a trophy like I have to get an Achievement.
Both systems will be great, but everyone should just buy whatever system based on their personal enjoyment and not based on specs.
