I heard this for the first time today. Can anyone confirm? I love the time period of the game and I am thinking about pre ordering since watchdog is scrapped. Just curious.

It was originally gonna be a Kinect game for the 360. Thus the reason for all the QTE's.

In its very early development stages it was a Kinect game for 360, but then they decided to revamp the engine. And early on it was rather simplistic with lost of QTEs, but as development got closer to the end they changed that as well. All the people who have played the latest iteration said there were very few QTEs
