Multiplats were better on xbox only because they were windows native and were an almost flawless port from pc. They basically had to be rebuilt for the ps3 and the cell. When developers finally grasped the cell programming, you saw the quality blow right by the 360. Multiplats were still better on the xbox due to it being pc native. It's hard to compare exclusives due to this as it would then be an apples to oranges comparison.
