If Microsoft is taking legal action, it may be true. If that's the case, what's your thought on the leaks?

Would you still want to get an Xbox One if you didn't own one yet?
Are you regretting your Xbox One purchase for a better model?
Are you excited with the line up for the Xbox One?
We're still early into the life cycle of the console, but technology moves fast, businesses want money now and consumers want the most out of their hard earned dollars.

MS is kind of dumb in the sense that by going after the guy, they're confirming he's correct because he leaked stuff they didn't want to spread.

If this was all fabricated, they wouldn't bother because there'd be no grounds to sue him. I could say "there's going to be a purple camo Xbox One that comes with a copy of Gears of War 5: This time it's dude-ical! and a numbered, limited-edition sweat towel." That's obviously something I just made up, and they don't care.

Edit: to answer the other questions, I'm excited about the Halo 2 Anniversary coming to Xbox One with multiplayer intact. That was the last time I loved playing the series online.

Most people who've heard these rumours also believe them. If Microsoft do indeed initiate legal action, then it won't mean much. They can publicly pretend that only part of the leaks were accurate, and the people who would have believed them before will still believe them.

The benefit to a potential legal action, from Microsoft's perspective, isn't in fighting these leaks - it's in scaring people enough to prevent future leaks.

That's total BS. Leaks always happen, they are basically part of the industry. So I hope this fails miserably and everyone else learns to keep a tighter lid on sensitive info and not blame others for their mistakes

"No guys it's fake!"

Guy knew they would go after him, NDA's exist for a reason, releasing negative info about their scumbagging would of course land him in hot water.

I doubt they can find him to be honest.

When you read his posts, he posts in a way to prevent bots from being able to parse what he says or something like that. It's pretty incomprehensible to try an decipher actually.

I doubt a guy cautious enough to do that, who's been doing this for years, would be stupid enough to not be using some out of the country VPN when he posts.

Think your thinking of cboat, the nktrnl guy in the article talking about another article citing a forum seems to type normal. Also this is just a rumor about rumours.

Microsoft trying to blame anyone but themselves for the mess they made. Microsoft made the console that's not able to play AAA games at the same 1080p and 60fps that the PS4 can. They forced KINECT 2.0 down everyone's throats. They came in at $100 more for less performance. They're the ones who said TV TV TV SPORTS WATER COOLER during E3. They have nobody to blame but themselves. Also, PAY WALL, broken party system, broken friends list and "THE CLOUD" BS.
