We won't know until they are released. For all we know The Elder Scrolls VI or Fallout 4 could be exclusive to one or the other. If they are multiplat, expect them to be the same on both consoles since they are both pretty much equal in power.

No...

If you have both consoles you should get the PS4 version every time.

PC would be best, but for consoles, performance and graphical quality would definitely be Playstation. Stability could go either way, considering they use similar architecture.

Well if you want to play 60 FPS, and 1080p I would go at the very least a PS4, but the definitive version will be on PC.

It's Bethesda... if they continue on the road they were on last gen then any games they make will be better, have timed DLC, and get updates first, on the MS console. Owning both, unless reviews really prove to me that the PS4 is "better" than the Xbox One then I'd have to go default Xbox for their games.

PC. Mods, mods, mods. Judging by how multiplatform games have been doing so far, it's likely to be in favor of the PS4.
Playing: Skyrim, Half Life 2, Dark Souls, Lords of Shadow, ICO/Shadow of the Colossus, Borderlands.
