The problem is, the Sony studios are god-tier and put out world class AAA exclusives. The MS studios are mostly only capable of Kinect stuff and not-so great games. They need to step their game up.

How do you explain why Xbox exclusives sell more than Playstation exclusives?

Sales don't indicate quality

Wii Sport sold more than 80 millions, could you dare that it was better than say, Gears or Halo?

Wasn't that because Wii Sports was packed in the console?

Okay Wii Sports was bundled.
But Wii Play that was not bundled still sold more than twice that of Gears or Halo. So I stand corrected.
Actually if you go by sales then nothing could beat Nintendo exclusives.

Wii Play was bundled with a WiiMote.

Atleast if you don't actually look at what the studios are responsible for, because if you read their description then you'll realize that some of Sony's studios don't actually develop any game themselves like XDev for example has not made anything on their own. They have merely collaborated with other studios on games like Heavy rain and LBP. Same with C.A.M.P. and JSSED.
And then there's ICE TEAM whose only purpose is to share resources and knowledge among all Sony studios. So if we take those 4 so called developers out (because they're really not) Sony has only 16 developers who actually make their own games.

Maybe you should've read what MS's studios are in charge of as
You Listed every MS studio including the ones that only work on Xbox LIVE, or make TV shows.
There's only 5 studios in that list making AAA titles:

Team Dakota
Turn 10 Studios
Lionhead Studios
Black Tusk Studios

And 6 that make Kinect or Indie level downloadables:

Good Science Studio
Playful Learning
Twisted Pixel Games
Press Play
Rare Ltd.

And the rest either make TV shows or Avatars for your LIVE

Will history repeat itself? Stay tuned.

That list has quite a few mistakes though. For one, it's missing some Xbox titles like Deathsmiles. Secondly, it includes Japan-only PS3 titles but not Japan-only 360 titles. Lastly, it's odd that it doesn't include indie/arcade exclusives, seeing as how that's such a big deal for PS4 this time around. Almost seems like that was done purposely so 360 would have less. And why start at 2010? Probably to fluff PS3's numbers even further. Whoever made that list was clearly biased.

OK, let's add the pre-2010 exclusives for both sides then.

Demon's Souls
Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice
Everybody's Golf 5
Formula One Championship Edition
Genji: Days of the Blade
Heavenly Sword
Katamari Forever
Killzone 2
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Motorstorm: Pacific Rift
Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time
Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty
Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction
Resistance: Fall of Man
Resistance 2
Ridge Racer 7
Siren: Blood Curse
SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation
Time Crisis 4
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
Beautiful Katamari
Blue Dragon
Dead or Alive 4
Dead or Alive Extreme 2
Dead Rising
Fable II
Forza Motorsport 2
Forza Motorsport 3
Gears of War 2
Halo 3
Halo 3: ODST
Halo Wars
Infinite Undiscovery
Kameo: Elements of Power
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom

How do you explain why Xbox exclusives sell more than Playstation exclusives?

Selling more=/=better games.

By your logic, Miley Cyrus is a better artist than Tool.

Highest rated exclusive from both ps3 and 360 on Metacritic is a Playstation game (uncharted 2).

Most PS exclusives have higher ratings than 360 exclusives.

Although that is most likely because there haven't actually been any real 360 exclusives these past couple of years.

You can't win with these guys lol...if a exclusive sells better it doesn't count because ratings lulz...if a Xbox exclusive get's a better rating it doesn't count because it didn't sell a ton of copies, you guys needs to make up your mind.

Following this guys logic....

PS4 = Justin Beiber due to more sales

Xbox One = Some American Idol new comer

Lets take a look at their second party partners:

It sure is easy to make Microsoft's list bigger when you purposely include pretty much every title Microsoft has ever had while purposely ignoring a bunch of Playstation ones. Ninja Theory, for example, made games for both. A different Capcom is working on a Playstation exclusive, which you conveniently don't list. Blueside is making Kingdom Under Fire games for PS4. Crytek makes Playstation games. Several of those studios you listed for Microsoft don't even work with them anymore.

But why let facts stand in the way of a list?
