It would suck if it was a rewards system for people reporting others for "bad behavior" or stuff like that.
That would lead to absolutely no fun allowed in multiplayer games.

Something tells me that the reward will be achievements...maybe after a year of good Xbox Live behavior they will give you a 5 dollar coupon for the Marketplace...
