MS won't make it past the 1st round, guarantee they have a private armies worth of people to vote on the competition.
Some could argue they covered EAs ass also.

Be naive to think they wouldn't pay to get themselves off That list. That list will mean more to them then any exclusive or advertising would, to get off of ASAP.

Monsanto, Bank of America, Seaworld, and Abercrombie and Fitch are my votes for the worst four. That is basically in order from horrible to nuisance though.

Didn't the CEO Ambercrombie and Fitch say, "Hey, there has to be rich and cool kids wearing my shirts, if you're too poor, you suck at life anyway" once?

AT&T will advance(if there's any justice in the world).
If LeBron shoots below 56 percent for the regular(obviously) season(2013-14) I'll close my account.

All the cable companies need to die. They charge ridiculous prices for their crappy services and they can get away with it because they usually have no competition and they're usually the only option for live sports.

LOL AMERICANS thinking a game or software/ hardware company should be the worst company in your country.

I know, right? 'Wow, that company tortures sealife for amusement.' 'Psh. Forget that, EA charged me for DLC! Hands down worst company in America!'

It really is embarrassing.

Pretty much. I think it had to do with them offering larger woman's sizes. In which case the CEO said it would ruin their image of being cool. Of course I think they are the only ones who think they are the defention of cool.
