I dont get it, how are people able to resale them? Its not like they work with x360. Id love to sell mine.

I browsed and most have multiple bids and some went for as high as $600! Wow

1. Just because they are on sale doesn't mean they will sell.

2. I can see some programmers wanting one to try and design software for it on a pc. The technology is pretty cool. If not that then I'm sure someone has broken one and would like a replacement.

Another reason is if a person buys a used X1 and it was missing the Kinect...

I'd like MS to do some updated statistics.
Miles driven in Forza,
Zombies killed in Dead Rising 3,
Titans that have landed,
Kinects disconnected,
Hard reboots from the community,
Etc.

Really just the number of Kinects disconnected, or never registered would be best.
The whole reason to package it was to give developers a reason to work with it.
I wonder if they give that information to developers, like '20% have never plugged theirs in'
Or if it's just speculation on their part with MS saying 100% attach rate guaranteed, everyone uses it.

80% connected and 20% disconnected doesn't sound too unreasonable. Probably close to actual statistics.
