Here are the Exclusive games I can think of that are releasing on the 2 consoles in 2014:

Xbox One
* Forza Horizon 2 (Setember 2014)
* Sunset Overdrive (October 2014)
* Halo Master Chief Collection (November 2014)

PS4
* The Last of Us: Remastered (July 2014)
* Drive Club (October 2014)
* Little Big Planet 3 (November 2014)

So basically each console has a 1 driving game, 1 abnormal game, and 1 remastered released game. I don't know if Kinect games should count considering that MS has made a $399 Kinectless version meaning that nobody without the Kinect can play those games. Now Am I missing anything from that list that is released exclusively one either console in 2014?

Don't forget the white PS4. That alone will be a system seller.

Should be noted that PS4 has a larger install base resulting in a bigger pool of players in MP games + graphically superior multiplats which make about 90% of each system's game library.

Arkham Knight doesn't come out until 2015. AC: Unity and The Crew are also available for PC and chances are they'll be running on a much higher resolution and framerate.

Yeah Arkham Knight got pushed back to 2015 and also they remastered Halo 2 for the Xbox One while leaving the multiplayer alone and running on dedicated servers.
