My roommate wants to purchase an Xbox One to play together, but I don't know if we'll need additional hardware or change our setup. Mine is wired ethernet, his would connect wirelessly I guess.

Help maybe?

Unless it's not a wireless router then you will need to get one.

Awesome. When I told him to grab one, he said he had problems with his old 360 doing so. So we're good. Thanks gentlemen.
