Hey Pizza, I didn't see in the first few pages. But do you know if its possible to get the preview program onto a new Xbox? I bought the Gears 4 console and don't have it but I have the app.

I haven't done it myself, but you should be able to. The Preview Dashboard app should be in your ready to install list. From there, I think you can register the new Xbox for the program.

It wont launch the app :(
I play a lil bit of everything on a lil bit of everything.
Not changing this until we get a Viewtiful Joe 3 or HD collection of VJ 1&2 (started 8/14/12)

Try asking in the support forums for the preview program.

Got it. Had to uninstall it manually then reinstall from my ready to install list to re register the new console.

Anyone else having a problem with the new update where their Xbox isn't playing any physical games?

I'm so friggin' sick of the preview program at this point. Gonna have to switch back if these things keep happening.

October 29th update:

https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/5a20mm/new_1610_preview_build_available_today_at_200pm/

FIXES:

• Power & startup Resolved an issue which could cause system updates to stop at 91%, and the console to boot to a green screen for several minutes after attempting to restart.

• Sign-in Fixed an issue which sometimes prevented certain users from signing in with their profile.

• Friends Resolved an issue which could sometimes cause online friends to appear under the Offline list in the Guide.

The green screen fix is out.

Forgot to post this. The Xbox Preview program is now the Xbox Insider Program, and it's also open to all.

We’re excited to share news about what’s next for the Xbox Preview Program, including some improvements and more ways for fans to help shape the future of Xbox.

The first change is that the Xbox Preview Program is becoming the Xbox Insider Program. This new name reflects how we are expanding to offer opt-in opportunities to provide feedback on Game and App Previews alongside System Update previews.

Next, we have an update to the Xbox Preview Dashboard that has been rebuilt from the ground-up based on fan feedback. A few highlights include:

- A new name — the Xbox Insider Hub

- Personalized to give you more relevant announcements, quests, and Insider content opportunities to get early access to select games and apps

- A new UI, inspired by the New Xbox One Experience, makes it easier to find the right info and provide more robust feedback

- The Xbox Insider profile card where your contributions in the program come front and center

- Support for multiple users on a console to participate and provide feedback

We’re starting to roll these changes out today to a small number of preview members who have provided the most feedback since the inception of the Xbox Preview Program. If you have your Xbox One console in Instant-on mode and you have the Xbox Preview Dashboard app installed, then you don’t have to do anything — the app will update automatically overnight. If you want to see the changes sooner, you can check for updates by going to My games and apps, and then looking at the updates section. Over the next few weeks, all existing Xbox Preview members will get access to the new Xbox Insider Hub.

Our final change, my personal favorite, is that the Xbox Insider Program will soon be open to all Xbox users. More fans will have the ability to provide feedback directly from their Xbox One consoles. The Xbox Insider Hub will provide great opportunities to try out games, apps, and other console experiences. Note that Xbox system updates will currently be limited to those already testing them (not open to new members), as we still have a huge number of volunteers already doing a great job testing and providing feedback. For more detailed info, check out the Xbox Insider Program FAQ located here.

I'm not really sure what the issue is. I mean, it shouldn't be a preview issue because everyone is on the same build right now.

All I can think of right now is to try cancelling the installs, hard resetting the console, and then try re-installing them.
