I'm sorry for the confusion. I don't have, nor do I want a ps4. I have a gtx 1070. I was referring to the need for a xbox x even when I have a gaming pc. my gaming pc gets 60fps in most games, though I don't get hdr, my big 4k tv, or xbox live with my pc.

What does him having not tried have anything to do about it?
Myths, Lies and complete stupidity barely scratch the surface of your ignorance.

I wish 60 would become the standard already.

60FPS is present on nearly 70% of all Nintendo Switch games and it’s far less powerful than the X1X.

The frame rate is entirely under the control of developers.

60FPS has been the target for all COD games since modern warfare and the series comfortably hits that number on all platforms.

It’s all a matter of priorities.

Fps > graphics > resolution.

And gameplay trumps all of that. You could have 60fps, the best graphics, and the highest resolution, but if the gameplay is boring and dull none of that will make me want to play it

this...

see BoTW for an example of a good game with mediocre graphics, low resolution, and 30 fps.

Gears of war 4
horde from 30 to 60 fps
story from 30 to 60 fps.
Rise of tomb raider 30 to 60 fps.
Rainbow six siege - hostage 30 to 60 fps
Witcher 3 frame boost can reach 60 fps etc

Also alot of games like halo 5 that waant full hd with edgy graphics is now gone.

Also alot of games that could not hold 60 fps like battlefield 1 that was around 40- 50 now got steady 60 . Alot more games run better on the X.

And this is why all gamers should have a PC

Fps > graphics > resolution.

And consoles tend to prioritize that list completely backwards.

Agreed!
