This is something that's kind of bugged me ever since B/W came out, but don't you guys think the names of the monkeys should have been Pan/Simi-Sage/Sear/Soak? The way that "Pour" is the only one that doesn't start with an 's' when there's such an obvious substitute is strange to me. I'll just never understand.

You soak a lot of things in cooking, usually over night.

I've always said this exact same thing. Pansoak and Simisoak make just as much sense and fit the pattern much better.
