Meaning it's effectively 80 Power against anything that doesn't have one of the abilities I mentioned, which is quite usable. Add in that it ignores Defense modifications and you have a pretty good move. Too bad not many Pokemon can learn it.

Yeah, Frost Breath/Storm Throw are essentially defense-bypassing 80-Power moves, which is quite respectable. It just makes the battle longer with the stupid critical hit message...

It's too bad there aren't any pokemon with Sniper that can learn these moves.

What's the PINT of those moves?

473 mL if they're liquid, and 551 mL if they're solid, I think...
