Thunderbolt, but DragonBreath is fun to use in my Hoenn Starter Run of White 2.
I'm not easily impressed; I'm usually oblivious to whatever's in front of me.
Stunfisk is the epitome of monstrous majestic legendary creatures that spew fire.

I still hate how Gen 2 got rid of TMs for Flamethrower, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt.

Crystal did add move tutors for those moves, though, so there's that.

What about Gold/Silver? And god getting the TMs for Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, and Ice Beam is annoying before E4 in HGSS. I still like the game though.
