Lots of Pokemon learn moves not of their type.

Lickilicky learns gyro ball and its not steel type.

The reason people like it when the Pokémon and move are the same type is because there's a 50% bonus in power then.

Because it's likely that the moves shown are STAB moves.
Systems that block used games are in violation of US and EU laws.

Because people so desperately want something that they will cling w/e little shred of "evidence" they can find.
