I'm actually thinking of variety, like a Sunny Day Team with Grass, Fire and Espeon (Morning Sun)

And a Rain Dance team with electric type too. (Thunder)

It is pretty good. I can vouch for it.

But Here's mine I experiment with:
Politoed (M) @ Mystic Water
Trait: Drizzle
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Psychic
- Scald
- Ice Beam

Toxicroak @ Leftovers
Trait: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Lonely Nature
- Ice Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Drain Punch
- Stone Edge

Accelgor @ Focus Sash
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Bug Buzz
- U-turn
- Focus Blast
- Energy Ball

Alakazam @ TwistedSpoon
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Energy Ball

Flygon @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Pulse
- Stone Edge

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Reflect

I switch out Magnezone with Ferrothorn depending on how I feel but Magnezone has been a mainstay due to his Thunder ability. Rotom-W is also an excellent addition for a sweeper. Fire attacks are weaker so either Ferrothorn or Magnezone will be an excellent wall.

I also have Flygon on there because I love using him over Garchomp for personal reasons. Keep in mind I said I experiment with which is why some move coverages might be questionable.

Politoed obviously.
Jirachi with thunder. Ultimate water type killer.
Blastoise with Rain Dish
Gyarados
Jellicent
Whatever you want (I personally use a lvl 1 aron with sturdy, endeavor and a shell bell.)
Too lazy to post movesets, items or natures.
But that's my rain team.

My Sun Team:

Ninetails w/ Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Ability: Drought
EVs 4HP/252Sp.Atk/252Spd
Moves: Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Hidden Power (Fighting), Psyshock

Venusar w/ Life Orb
Nature: Modest
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs 4HP/252Sp.Atk/252Spd
Moves: Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power (Fighting), Growth (note, this set might have troubles with Gengar)

Victini w/ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Victory Star
EVs 4HP/252Atk/252Spd
Moves: V-Create, Zen Headbutt, Bolt Strike, U-Turn

Kingdra w/ Choice Specs
Nature: Modest
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4HP/252Sp.Atk/252Spd
Moves: Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Hidden Power (Grass), Dragon Pulse (note, this is a Rain Team counter)

Jellicent w/ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252HP/4Sp.Atk/252Sp.Def
Moves: Hex, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Recover (note, this set has a hard time with Heatran and Normal Types)

Forretress w/ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252HP/4Atk/252Def (0 Spd IVs)
Moves: Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball, Stealth Rock, Volt Switch

You could replace Kingdra with a Focus Sash Dugtrio to trap other weather-bringers for you. Gothetelle is another nice option. Personally, for that, I rather like Heatran. This is the set I use:

Heatran w/ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252HP/4Sp.Atk/252Sp.Def
Moves: Magma Storm, Toxic, Substitute, Sunny Day

It's good for catching Frogs, but it can't do a thing against other Heatran. It also doesn't enjoy Hippowdon and Tyranitar Earthquakes.
3DS FC: 2578-3118-6645 PSN: PowahBoxers
I support the Fairy-type.
