That grass type resists Fairy type?

That would help out grass a little bit

There's no logic with Fairy being SE against Dragon.
If it actually is immune to it (Hopefully it isn't, but I guess it will...), I don't even know.

I'd like Fairy to be SE against Water and Dragon and NVE against Ice and Grass whilst being weak to Grass, Poison and Steel.

I can hope...
