So basically an ability that acts like Gem item.

Great for revenge killing or getting a nice advantage in battle.

True. But for that I prefer the combination of Technician+ Stab Bullet punch my Scizor has =)

It's balanced but if something with Pursuit/priority attack gets it, it'll definitely feel strong.
If you need instructions on how to get through the hotels, be sure to check the enclosed instruction book

This is essentially the same as a Choice Band when used for the first turn...

Give it to things like Technician Ambipom with Choice Scarf + Fakeout or Technician Scizor with Choice Band + Bullet Punch and the metagame might break...

Give an ability to a pokemon with an ability.

OP but certainly becomes predictable, that way you can make switches required.

So maybe OP, can't be sure.

This ability + Normal Gem + Normal type pokemon with high attack stat + Fake Out = opponent's lead pokemon (that isn't Rock/Steel/Ghost) dead before it can do anything.

Would literally not be different from Ambipom with technician.

Eh, allows you to use 1 higher powered attack to start. Scizor, for example, would be able to use X-Scissor or Iron Head. So 80+40+40 vs. 60+30+30.

Ambipom is at least fast enough to use that.
