Agility is akin to meditation, where the body is relaxed and made more limber through mental processes, allowing the Pokemon to subsequently be faster.

Let's check its description, shall we?

The user relaxes and lightens its body to move faster. It sharply boosts the Speed stat.

Note the use of the words "relaxes" and "lightens its body", a mental prowess which affects the body.
And there's your explanation:
"Many of you feel bad for this lamp...That is because you're crazy.
It has no feelings! And the new one is much better." (IKEA's Lamp commercial)

Of course it is. 1,5 times 0 damage = 0 damage.

Off topic, but what is that little blue dot on the topic icon on the topic list page? Are those tagged topics, or what?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. I think it means there is a new post in a topic I previously visited.
