So I know where to train HP, Sp. Attack and Speed, but does anyone know a good spot with a hoard that gives Attack evs?

Weepinbell is much more frequent, in my opinion, and grants extra attack EVs.

=Route 19 / Weepinbell
/ 2 Attack effort value(s) per pokemon
