Lets say I sent out a Ttar with sandstream, and my opponents sends out drought ninetales.
What happens? Does the weather cancel out?

Faster Pokemon's ability triggers first.
Slower Pokemon's ability triggers second, overriding the first.

Basically, the slower one wins.

The weather kicks in based on speed. The faster Pokemon's ability activates first, and the slower Pokemon's ability activates second, replacing the first.
