This poll is now closed.
So I figured that rather than doing a simple Your Favourite Game poll, we'd get a more detailed and accurate result by rating each game individually and then comparing the results to see how they stack.

First up are the games that started it all, Red and Blue. How would you rate these games compared to the rest of the series? An ageless classic or an unplayable mess?

Also bear in mind that this is for the original versions only, there will be a seperate poll for FireRed/LeafGreen.

I give it a 1 out of 10 cuz i neer played it. I think it is a terrible pokemon game. I mean when x and y came came out what if it was black and white only had 151 pokemon in it and you had to battle and trade via a cord. What would u rate the game then cuz thats exactly what red and blue is.

Even though they were just the bare bones (sexy bare bones, that is) of Pokemon, the psychic type SLAY (think: mewtwo + amnesia) is the best thing that ever happened to pokemon

This. It is also why I just love the psychic type. Such great games, albeit broken due to the lack of separation in the Special stat.

Probably 6. It was fun back then, but I wasn't really being objective enough to see its flaws.

It's still not a terrible game, given that it was made in 1996. Still, it's nowhere near perfect. Just decent.
YOU WANT SOME FUNERAL TO GO WITH THAT CAKE?
