If I had a Pokemon that used mean look on my opponent, what would happen if that opponent then used roar? Would my Pokemon be switched out or not? If they were switched out, would mean look still be in effect?

your pokemon would be switched out, and mean look would no longer be in effect

Mean Look (and trapping abilities like Arena Trap, Shadow Tag, Magnet Pull) only disallow you from choosing the switch pokemon option. Anything that forces a switch (Baton Pass, Roar, U-Turn, etc.) will still work. - Wars World News - The most chilled AW community on the web.

Also, Mean Look/Block are only in effect while the USER is still on the field. The effect cannot be BP'd.
