Fighting type is referring more to 'just and fair fighting'
Bug type is heroic, as bugs are sometimes seen as a heroic symbol in Japan, or something along those lines.

Both these types are super effective against Dark 'dirty fighting and scheming'.

Special fighting moves?
I think everyone just thinks of dragon ball Z. Ki energy.

But really, stop trying to put logic in Pokemon, because you're doomed to fail from the start

Then what about special normal moves? If DBZ is special fighting and not special normal, one of them is lacking logic.

You don't have to be a fighter in DBZ to use energy. Dende is a prime example of that.
100 dumplings for each of you? What's that work out to? 5 dumplings a pop?

There's your problem. Logic. You just don't use it here.
But here's my, grasping for straws, explanation.

Fighting special? Ki energy, trained, focused, disciplined, etc.
Normal special? Inner strength just drawn out and used. (So something like Hyber beam, tri attack, etc.) things like snore and uproar, are just....really loud.
Dark special? ATTAINED THE POWERS OF THE DARK GUNDAM *slapped* it's the same as normal I guess. But dark forces drawn out.
