Since your entire party gets the exp and EV's(?)

Let's say I have 6 Pokemon.

The main Pokemon gets 90 exp so does the 90 exp get divided by 6 because of how many Pokemon I have??

Everyone else gets 45 each but main gets full xp.

That's supposing you got 90. It's half for everyone else.

If the Exp Share is turned off in this situation, would the main pokemon get 180 exp now that it's not being split?

No. The main pokemon gets full xp regardless if xp share is on or off, so it's better to just keep it on. Even though it is flawed and pointless to turn off.
