Does anyone know what the Team Flare bag does?

Have you noticed that sometimes your pokemon look like they're on their sides, sleeping in the Super Training screen? And then if you poke them, it says they're ready to go? Basically, that gives them the little smiling face above their heads, which makes them more likely to find new bags when they hit the normal bag.
The Team Flare bag will make a pokemon excited (smiley face bubble) until another bag is used. So, you use the Team Flare bag, hit the black bag till you can't hold any more extra bags, discard the ones you don't want, and rinse and repeat until you have the 12 bags you want to use.
Sensationalist hooey, cooked up by superstitious yokels seeing phantoms of their own imagining.

Say I fully trained a Lv. 1 pokemon, would I just be able to just train it without having to worry about EVs or would still go for Pokemon that give out the EVs I want?

If you fully EV a level one Pokemon through Super Training it will no longer acquire EVs through battling. HOWEVER if the Exp Share is Turn On, I believe anything that gains exp will also get the EVs from that pokemon. Not 100% on that part.

I Super trained my Shinx (252 attack/speed) and 6 HP. She is still Lv.1, So I just train her normally now?

If you max out the Effort Values, leveling up via Pokemon Battle will not mess up the stats.

Is it worth it to go back and use the bags or is it more efficient to just do the regimen again?

Hi i had a question. I super trained one of my pokemon until that bar to the right of the stat chart is filled. It looks like the chart isn't full tho however. Anyone know what to do, and what that bar is to the right of the chart?

In my opinion, neither the Bags nor the Mini-Games are efficient. Both are tedious, I do not enjoy the mini-games at all.

The bags are good when you need to tweak the effort values by a couple exact points, but battling Hordes is where its at.

The bar to the right is a visual rep of 510 Effort Values. The figure in the middle shows the Pokemon's base stat distribution, and the bright green protrusions are where you have invested Effort Values. It will only get close to the edge if you have invested 252 (the mathematical maximum) in a particular stat.

I guess it's better to EV train in the hordes... you ev train your pokemon while you level 'em up
