I see this in the caw menu all the way at the end. But what does this mean? Does it mean how much times I go for that specific body part? I woul assume so bta it lets me put them all the up or down. So, pretty confused haha
It's basically how resistant a given body part is to an attack. For example, if you want a wrestler who likes to brawl and trade punches, then you'd probably be better off giving them a more resistant head and torso and weaker limbs. Likewise, if your character relies more on their speed then you probably want more points in their legs than in their arms. These aren't necessary at all (and I think the effect is fairly negligible, at least it was last year) but it adds a bit of a roleplay element to your character.
Personally, I just leave it evenly distributed unless it's somebody that's meant to take a lot of abuse in a certain spot (like if I made Sabu, he'd have most of his points in head and torso since he was all about eating headshots from weapons and jumping through tables and the like).
Disappointing you is like choking the Little Mermaid with a bike chain. http://i.imgur.com/NypnvV3.gif http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/5994/1284162219788.gif
