These are the coordinates for one of the buried treasures. The map shows what might be a fort. However, 992, 422 is open water.

I've double checked, the map definitely says 992, 422.

It's when you spoilers I guess......

Go to Africa. Your probobly not their yet in the story so it's not on the map and it's blocked off I think. Just play more you can miss it and can go back anytime after.

Just like for Kingston locate - if you gotta get the last Viewpoint, do the mission since that was blocked out by the gate that James can open.
