..I modified a Ford GT to hit 300 mph in this game?

In case you don't:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6bdqcKBYCY

Well, someone came close to that in real life:

If he had more than a mile, he probably could've hit it.

Yeah, you neglect to mention in GT you only needed 940hp to do it.

The real car? 2500hp

I wasn't looking to hit 300 in a particular distance. I was trying to hit it.

i know. fred there was trying to discredit gt by implying it takes more power, but it took you many miles to go from 250 to 300.

You could have 500 miles, I'm reasonably sure you wouldn't get a Ford GT to 300mph with less than 1000hp. GT6 is well known to have exaggerated top speeds even in comparison to GT5.

Your point being?

My point is that someone came close to what I could do in a video game in real life. Of course, he did it in less space than I could, so who's to say that his car wouldn't hit 300 with less than 1000hp?

What I did: Top speed run.
What he did: Standing mile.
