like walk, run, crouch, jump and combat stuff?

There are some packs I use I think were found on the Nexus. Get the Morrowind AnimKit which makes installing/uninstalling a cinch. Also if you later add something like a new race mod, creature reskin, or something like that make sure to run the AnimKit again or your new additions likely won't move.

Dirnae's Beast Animation
Thugqwerty's Casting Animation Mod
Animation replacer Move Animations

bad animations are in the spirit of the game. modding them just wouldn't be right.
