No. Its a surface mount capacitor.

If it still works, then it's likely the capacitor was redundant. I've had redundant surface mount components fall off of numerous boards over the years and never had a problem.

Most likely it was being used as some kind of choke or filter or signal smoothing or something not too important like that.
